Unexpected file type for libtermcap.so in RHEL 6
Issue
The libtermcap from ncurses-devel has an unexpected file type in RHEL 6:
# file /usr/lib/libtermcap.so
/usr/lib/libtermcap.so: ASCII text
whereas on a RHEL 5 system:
# file /lib/libtermcap.so.2.0.8
/lib/libtermcap.so.2.0.8: ELF 32-bit LSB shared object, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), stripped
