Issue

  • mongodb is taking very less disk space still controller root disk space utilization is high.
  • Why /srv/ is taking major chunk of space in root filesystem?

Environment

  • Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10.0
  • gnocchi as ceilometer dispatcher.
  • swift configured as gnocchi backend (which is by default if not using ceph)
  • swift configured on root disk (which is by default if dedicated disks are not used)
