On Red Hat Satellite 6, Virt-Who Task Completes with a Warning: "Validation failed: Name has already been taken"

Issue

• When virt-who runs, the task completes but with a warning "Validation failed: Name has already been taken"

• When this happens, virt-who is able to correctly fetch the data from the Virtual Datacenter instance and is also able to send the data back to Satellite.

• However, Satellite will not update its entries and will throw an error.
  This indicates that there is a duplicate entry for one or multiple Content Host.
