Unable to import RHEV 3.1 images and templates into a RHEV 3.0 environment
Issue

After updating 1 RHEV environment to 3.1, all of the images and templates in that environment are unable to be imported into a RHEV 3.0 environment. The list of images is blank on the Export domain.

Mounted an Export in a 3.1 environment and exported a template and a VM without issue. Tried to mount the same Export in a 3.0 environment and was able to mount the Export successfully however the 3.0 system could not read any of the files.
