silent install of JDV not scriptable in Windows

Issue

  • JDV silent install using previous saved scripted response non deterministic / scriptable in Windows
  • Inclusion of a JDV silent installation in a Windows CMD or BAT orchestration script running on Windows is non deterministic like it is on Linux or Mac environments.
