Cannot override LD_LIBARY_PATH in Apache HTTPD using SetEnv or PassEnv
Issue
It's not possible to change the LD_LIBRARY_PATH inside the httpd configuration file with SetEnv LD_LIBRARY_PATH /path/to/lib, if the environment of the parent process contains an LD_LIBRARY_PATH already.
