SAN storage degrading and multipath path failures.
Issue
- Power outage a few days ago and are now noticing issues.
- Faulty and failed in output from multipath for some of the paths
- Another machine has been having these problems for six months or so.
- seeing SCSI errors with "return code = 0x20008" and "return code = 0x6000000"

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4
- fibre attached SAN storage
