NIC of a stateless VM with duplicate MAC address unplugs automatically on VM shutdown
Issue
- Some VMs with duplicate MAC addresses exist in separate VLANs
- If the VM with duplicate MAC addresses is running in stateless mode then its NIC unplugs automatically on VM shutdown/stop
- This does not happen with VMs in normal mode
