  • Trying to clone from a template fails.

  • Repetitive Failed to update OVF disks errors being reported.

  • MetaDataKeyNotFoundError errors reported in the vdsm logs.

  • The metadata Logical Volume for a Storage Domain has been overwritten.

  • Importing VMs from a Storage Domain results in a metadata Logical Volume being corrupted.

  • Sanlock resource read failure errors reported on the hosts.
