Undercloud UI/Director UI is not accessible when SSL is configured on the undercloud node.

Issue

• When SSL is enabled in the undercloud, attempting to access Director UI gives a ''Connection to Keystone is not available"
• When parameters generate_service_certificate = true and certificate_generation_ca = local are set in undercloud.conf, director UI is inaccessible.
• When these parameters are not set that is when SSL is not configured, director UI is accessible normally over http URL.
