Limiting user acess in Openshift Project using groups

Issue

Currently the identity provider is a read-only LDAP server. This works as expected in that every user in LDAP has an OpenShift account created for them when they login.

We would like users to authenticate against LDAP, but we would also like to limit access to OpenShift to a subset of users (developers). In this environment, creating groups within LDAP is unfortunately not an option.
