RHEV Guest with enabled VirtIO serial console shuts down after failed migration from EL6 host
Issue
- VirtIO serial console got enabled on a RHEV 3.5 VM. This VM is no longer migratable to a 3.6 based host
- Migration of a VM from a RHEL6 based host to a RHEL 7 based host does fail in case VirtIO serial console is enabled

- Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) 3.6
- RHEV-H 3.5 or RHEL6 based hosts
