Ceph - I'm unable to start an OSD that's just been manually replaced/recreated
Issue
- I'm unable to start an OSD that's just been manually replaced/recreated. The OSD process is running and disk are idle, but the OSD never shows 'boot' in /var/log/ceph/ceph.log.
