    lpfc 0000:01:00.0: 0:6019 Mailbox failed , mbxCmd x2 READ_NV, mbxStatus x0 <<<<<<<<<<

    • Coinciding with the mailbox request of READ_NV from the hba are the following PCI events:

      EEH: Frozen PHB#0-PE#10000 detected
EEH: PE location: N/A, PHB location: N/A
EEH: Detected PCI bus error on PHB#0-PE#10000
EEH: This PCI device has failed 1 times in the last hour
EEH: Notify device drivers to shutdown
