Indicate if a path is in transport-offline or offline state in multipath -ll output

Issue

  • The multipath output shall be better in this case to inform a user that the path is permanent offline instead of temporary
  • multipath -ll doesn't show if an underlying SCSI device is in transport-offline (which recovers automatically) or offline (which needs manual interaction) state
