OpenShift Router is not updating routes and/or throwing 503 errors on new routes
Issue
- The router stopped updating routes and is now throwing 503 errors when you try to access routes.

The router logs are throwing an "Invalid state transition" error:
Observed a panic: "Invalid state transition: DELETED -> ADDED" (Invalid state transition: DELETED -> ADDED)
