The Windows Sync (WinSync) service cannot replicate the renaming of users or groups between containers between Red Hat Directory Server and Active Directory

This issue can also be described as:
- Support for subtree rename or entry move
- modrdn with new superior
- Move leaf entry to another container
- WinSync modrdn not synced
- WinSync: Rename of users or groups in AD are not replicated to RHDS
- WinSync moving a user between synced containers does not move in RHDS
Environment
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Red Hat Directory Server (all versions prior to 9.0)
- Configured Windows Sync agreement
