Cannot display the timezone using perl DateTime andTimeZone

Issue

• Script written in perl is unable to retrieve the timezone, on running the relevant code, it shows:

# perl -T -MDateTime::TimeZone::Local -le 'print DateTime::TimeZone::Local->TimeZone()->name'
Cannot determine local time zone
