How to use mod_speling module to make url case insensitive in Apache HTTPD

Issue

How to configure URLs to be case insensitive using mod_speling module. Below is the example :
Working URL is "http://abc.com/index.html" and this URL should work too as "http://abc.com/INDex.html" which should redirect above URL internally even when the URL is case insensitive.

  • Red Hat JBoss Web Server (JWS)

  • Apache Web Server (HTTPD)
