Can I invoke a server resource's scripts or its start/stop/restart operations when the user who started the JON Agent is different then the user who started the server resource?

Issue

When trying to start/stop/restart using our own custom scripts we need the ability to pass user credentials and password for the operating system user who owns or will own the process
We need scripts executed using a different user than the user who started the JON Agent
When invoking the start/stop/restart operation on a server resource it needs to be performed as a different user
Any special requirements if we want to run some operations from JON console, like shutdown a server resource?
