sysstat doesn't collect data even for fixed RHVH version
Issue
- we have RHVH version with fixed Bug 1382843 "RHV-H 4.0 does not have 'sysstat' installed", but sysstat still doesn't collect data
- root's mailbox on RHVH is full of messages from Cron Daemon like:
Cannot open /var/log/sa/sa22: No such file or directory
