why system update is rebuilding the initramfs of old kernel ?
Issue
- During system updated we noticed that system is rebuilding the initramfs of all the old kernels as well.
- Ideally it should make a initramfs of new kernel only.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- microcode_ctl prior to 2.1-16.1.el7_3
