package_upload.conf on registered host is not considered a configuration file by katello-agent rpm package
Issue
- On host registered to Red Hat Satellite 6 the package_upload.conf is not considered a configuration file by katello-agent rpm package.
- If the yum plugin package_upload.conf is disabled (simply changing "enabled=1" to "enabled=0") in the deployment template, at the end of the installation the plugin is newly enabled.
