Is it possible to use abstract/pseudo NIC names in neutron-sriov.yaml file ?

Issue

Deployment with SRIOV configuration is getting failed with Error: /sys/class/net/nic4/device/sriov_numvfs doesn't exist.
Why pseudo nic names nic4 and nic5 are not working in neutron-sriov.yaml as they work in the nic-config/compute.yaml template ?

  NeutronPhysicalDevMappings: "physnet_sriov:nic4,physnet_sriov:nic5"
  NeutronSriovNumVFs: "nic4:32,nic5:32"
