Not able to start the machine after reboot

Issue

  • We are on the phase of upgrdaing the ceph . We have upgraded RHEL 7.1 to RHEL 7.3. While rebooting the machine we got the below error. Node is down and all the kernels show same error messages.
"a start job is running for dev mapper no limit"

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3
    • mdadm-3.4-14.el7
