Elasticsearch using local storage on Openshift

Openshift delegates on Elasticsearch, Fluentd and Kibana (a.k.a. EFK) for the aggregated logging. The Elasticsearch data can be configured to be ephemeral and will use the pod's temporary storage, but it is more interesting to configure a persistent storage so that the data remains upon restarts.
