Karaf container does not use the modified etc/io.fabric8.mq.fabric.server-broker.cfg

Issue

At sometime, a Karaf container does not use the modified etc/io.fabric8.mq.fabric.server-broker.cfg. The container uses the previous cached one, and also re-write the etc/io.fabric8.mq.fabric.server-broker.cfg with cached info.
