Issue

• "subscription-manager register" hangs and will not return until killed (SIGKILL)
• "subscription-manager register" command produces a segmentation fault
• "subscription-manager register" command collects username and password but hangs indefinitely
• "subscription-manager register" command doesn't even try to connect to Red Hat, freezing instead
