rhevm-log-collector prompts for a REST API username and may also report "Problem connecting to the REST API".
Issue
When running rhevm-log-collector
for the first time since upgrading to RHEV 3.1, a prompt for the REST API username was displayed. When the username and password were then supplied, an error occured trying to connect to the REST API;
# rhevm-log-collector collect
Please provide the REST API username for RHEV-M (CTRL+D to skip): admin@internal
Please provide the REST API password for the admin@internal RHEV-M user (CTRL+D to skip):
ERROR: Problem connecting to the REST API. Is the service available?
INFO: No hypervisors were found, therefore no hypervisor data will be listed.
Normally and previously, only the REST API password for the 'admin@internal' user was prompted for.
