R8169 Network device is not activated at XEN
Issue
Installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux(here after RHEL) 5.8, after update system cannot use eth0
error message is below.
"Device has different MAC address than expected, ignoring.
System attempts to bind to (nonexistent) FE FF FF FF FF FF"

O/S : Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.8
Kernel : 2.6.18-304.24.1.el5xen
H/W : Gigabyte Technology H67M-D2-B3
Network Card : R8169
