[Satellite6] mongodb crashes during normal operation with "ERROR: 13601 Couldn't remap private view: errno:12 Cannot allocate memory"

Issue

• During normal operation of our Satellite 6 server, we observe that the mongod service sometimes fails.
• This appears to be causing Pulp Celerybeat to also fail

• In /var/log/mongodb/mongdb.log an error appears like:
