The "yum history info" command returns "Errno 14"

Issue

• Is it possible to get an output from "yum history info" when repository is not available?
• How to avoid yum history info returning Errno 14 when a repository is no longer available?
• Why is the following error is returned when issuing yum history info for a specific transaction?

[root@hostname ~]# yum history info <transaction>
