How to prioritize print jobs in RHEL?

Issue

  • we want to print jobs to be prioritized before other jobs.
  • The server which I am working on does a lot of printing at the same time. We would like some new printing jobs to print first.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6
  • Common Unix Printing System (CUPS) 1.4.2
