RHEL5.8: Unable to set cpu frequency on XEN kernels
Issue
- When the
userspacegovernor is used, it is not possible to set the cpu frequency usingcpufreq-set - The
cpuspeedservice is not setting the cpu frequency, they stay at maximum frequency
