Deleting a IPA replica with the ipa-replica-manage command does not work

Issue

• Not able to delete IPA replica ipa-replica.example.com using the command ipa-replica-manage del ipa-replica.example.com.

  The following error is returned :

Unable to delete replica ipa-replica.example.com: {'desc': "Can't contact LDAP server"}
