CPU utilization of guest OS differs from host systems cpu usage

Issue

• We are seeing sometimes, the CPU utilization for a particular process inside the guest OS is going above 90%, though at the same if we check the CPU utilization from vSphere performance tab, it is not going beyond 30%.
