EasySpooler( 3rd party print scheduler) unable to get userids from winbind ?

Issue

• Customer using 3 rd party print scheduler for printing.
• Customer has integrated EasySpooler with active Directory (Samba/Winbind) so it prints the login name of the user in the printer banner page.
• They are able to get the user login on the banner page if the user is local to the box.

• If the user info is coming AD the banner page is showing unknown.

• id against the AD user displays the correct information.

• 3rd party vendor ( ROC Software) has given a script to the customer which looks up the user information. ( First need to login as that user before you run the script)
