[Fixed] Volfiles not regenerated when upgrading RHGS from 3.0.x to 3.1.x

Issue

While initializing the glusterd service to regenerate the volfiles, during an
upgrade of Red Hat Gluster Storage from 3.0.x to 3.1.x, glusterd fails. Hence,
the volfiles are not generated during the upgrade with the latest version. This
can lead to different issues such as brick logs getting flooded with erroneous
log entries or split brain post upgrade.

This issue has since been fixed.
