[A-MQ 6, memory usage] Memory usage counter keeps increasing when durable subscription used over a network

Issue

• broker's jmx attribute Memory Usage is continually increasing when durable subscription is used over a network of brokers. The actual amount of memory is much lower than the amount recorded by the memory usage attribute.
