Why brasero is throwing error after completion of burning process?

Issue

  • Why brasero is throwing below errors:-

    Unable to mount <name of CD>
Error mounting: mount: black device /dev/sr0 is write-protected, mounting read-only 
mount: /dev/sr0 already mounted or /media/<name of CD> busy
