JBoss ON agent is unable to collect call time data for resource due to IOException:Couldn't read the stored calltime data from file

Issue

  • agent.log contains following warning messages:

    WARN  [MeasurementManager.collector-1] (rhq.core.pc.measurement.MeasurementCollectorRunner)- Failure to collect measurement data for Resource[id=101010, uuid=a1bcd2ef-345a-6b78-c901-23d456789efa, type={JBossAS7}Stateless Session Bean Runtime, key=deployment=rhq.ear,subdeployment=rhq-server.jar,subsystem=ejb3,stateless-session-bean=StorageNodeManagerBean, name=StorageNodeManagerBean, parent=ejb3] - cause: java.io.IOException:Couldn't read the stored calltime data from file data\a12b34cd5e67f89a01234b5cde6fab78901cd23ef4a56b7890cdefa1bcdefab2\execution-time. -> java.io.EOFException:null

  • Call time data collection fails due to java.io.EOFException:null

  • Metric collection of calltime data is enabled
