Support rsyslog-kafka in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 to send data to kafka infrastructure

Issue

  • We need a more recent Version of rsyslog -> at least 8.7 which is also already 2 years old. The need is because omkafka. Kafka Support in rsyslog has started with 8.7.
