bind/named is failing to start and error "open("/etc/pki/tls/openssl.cnf", O_RDONLY) = -1 EACCES (Permission denied)" is seen in logs.
Issue

Whenever attempting to start named after bind package updated to 9.8 or higher.
[root@hostname etc]# /etc/init.d/named start Starting named: [FAILED] [root@hostname etc]#
