How to integrate AMQ 7 broker into a stand-alone Camel application

Issue

In A-MQ 6.x (ActiveMQ), a broker could be integrated into a Java application simply by configuring the ActiveMQ client run-time to use "vm" transport. A broker would be created with default settings, and the client would use an in-memory transport. This approach does not work with AMQ 7 (Artemis).
