LVM command fails because archive metadata file could not be created
Issue
- Why LVM command fails to complete with the below error message:
Couldn't create temporary archive name.
Volume group "vgname" metadata archive failed.
or
Cannot archive volume group metadata for <LV> to read-only filesystem.
