RHEV UserPortal is not allowing users to connect or switch to RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)
Issue
In RHEV 3.1GA, if a user tries to switch from Spice to RDP, it just goes back to Spice. If a user tries to connect via RDP, it doesn't connect.
