IE browser failed to download msi file but open it as text file.
Issue
Structure: JWS 3.0.2 + mod_cluster + EAP 6.4.12.
If a html file has a download link like this:
<a href="Test.msi">Download</a>
The Test.msi file located at the same folder as html file.
When click Download link, IE web browser will open this file with text format instead of downloading it.
