RESTEasy doesn't encoding setting in @Produces annotation in JBoss EAP

Issue

• We are sending an HTTP REST request to a JAX-RS web service that uses RESTEasy as implementation. We noticed that the server always answers in UTF-8 encoding although other encoding was requested in the accept header. How can we make RESTEasy stop ignoring the requested encoding?
