Uploads to JBoss application timing out when disableUploadTimeout is set to false

Issue

• There is a web application which allows clients to upload files, which uses Apache commons-upload. This works fine when deployed on to JBoss running on the developer's Windows machines. When deployed to the QA environment on Red Hat Enterprise Linux, there is an error about the request unexpectedly ending which occurs after a minute or two of the upload.
