Setting runtime strategy for kie-server and Process Execution Server container doesn't work in BPMS 6.3

Issue

• When creating a container for a managed or unmanaged KieServer in Business Central, if we specify a runtime strategy other than Singleton (like Per Request) it is not saved and reverts to Singleton when saved.
• The same issue can be observed when working with Managed Repository based projects in Business Central , and processes are deployed in Process Execution Server in Business Central.
